HANNE HAESTRUP - FOUNDER
Hanne started her career at Danske Bank Copenhagen as a rates trader. She moved to London in 1995 to take responsibility for Scandinavian fixed income distribution to UK based institutional clients. In 2001 she joined Hogarth Davies Lloyd Executive Search as a Director in the fixed income practice, developing and expanding key relationships in sales, trading and capital markets. She was promoted to co-head of the fixed income practice together with the founding partner. She resigned from Hogarth Davies Lloyd in early 2009 to establish and run Haestrup International.
KEY PERSONNEL
Haestrup International has made a strategic decision to only employ consultants with previous market experience. Our consultants have worked in areas including fixed income sales & trading, equities, capital markets and corporate banking; and at institutions such as Calyon, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs. We believe that this gives us a competitive edge in understanding the markets, our clients’ needs and in interpreting candidates’ requirements.
